Services

• Genesis AI Systems provides AI receptionist setup, configuration, and ongoing support
• Services are delivered as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase

Payment

• The one-time build fee is charged at the start of the engagement
• Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation

• You can cancel your monthly retainer at any time
• There are no long-term contracts
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• The one-time build fee is non-refundable after setup has begun

What We Are Responsible For

• We will set up your AI receptionist as described and provide support for issues caused by our system
• We are not responsible for missed calls caused by carrier outages, incorrect call forwarding setup on your end, or third-party platform downtime

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time
• Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms
• We will notify active clients of material changes by email
