I am a Detroit business owner. I built Genesis AI Systems because I lived the problem firsthand. Calls slipping through the cracks every week. Voicemail piling up. Customers moving on before I even knew they had called.

Hiring a full-time receptionist was not in the budget. I tried the off-the-shelf phone answering tools. They sounded like a robot. They lost callers. They were not built for a business that runs on the phone the way mine does.

So I built one myself. Put it on my own business line first. Tuned it on real calls before it ever went out to a client. The system you would get is the same one I trust to handle my own calls every day.
