When you sign on with Genesis AI Systems, we build a version of Riley for your business. We tune it for what you do, and you decide on the audit call what to call it. Same product every Genesis AI Systems client gets. Tuned for your business, named however you want.

Riley sounds like a calm front-desk person. Some callers ask. Most just have their conversation and move on. If you want Riley to disclose, that is a setting we configure during build. It is your choice.

Every call ends with a summary on your phone. You can step in, fix anything, and call the customer back yourself. Riley does not make commitments your business cannot keep. It captures, it does not promise.
